Devotee Registration Form

Dear GMUKPT Trustees,
I would like to register myself with Gajanan Maharaj UK Parivar Trust as a Devotee.
As a Devotee, I would like to support GMUKPT’s initiatives, events, and activities as part of Gajanan Maharaj UK Parivar, I will be keen to participate / volunteer in such events and activities and where possible will donate towards GMUKPT supported causes.

I confirm that my age is over 16 years and hereby agree to abide by the rules & regulations of GMUKPT

I consent to using my data for the management of GMUKPT events and activities. I shall notify GMUKPT of any changes to my details. I am happy to receive communications from GMUKPT. I agree to renew my registration annually.
