The "Vishwa Varakari Parivar" on 3rd October ,2004, to empower youngsters with the much required qualities of "Daya, Kshama and Shanti". VVP trains youngsters in doing harikeerthan and pravachan to spread the our Sanathana Dharma trough sampradaya and to fulfill the wish of Guru maharaj.
There are now 24 branches of this parivar in Tamilnadu ,Karnataka and Maharashtra. The Gajanan Maharaj UK Parivar Trust is working with this Parivar to mature joint activities in the UK.
The key focus of this collaboration is to
• To spread the treasures of VarakariSampraday as laid down by Sant Dyaneshwar.
• To guide the youngsters to achieve excellence in Life through Varakari Sampraday.
• To provide opportunities to youngsters to develop their inherent confidence and softskills like leadership, communication skills , rudiments of event management, etc.
• To felicitate and serve Bhagavathas&Bakthas as ordered by Lord Sri Krishna Himself.
GMUKPT will join hands with VVP, who undertakes the following activities
Conduct classes (usually Sundays) that expound on the teachings of VarakariSants in the form of Abhangs.
Conduct Camps (residential-camps and day-camps) for youngsters that aims to bring forth the student's inherent untapped/hidden skills and qualities. Residential camps are conducted during holidays on a yearly basis
Performing kirtan sevas at regular intervals and encouraging the students to participate.
Provide training to students to become future Kirtankars, to perform on percussion instruments like the Pakhawaj, Harmonium, Tabla etc.
Following on this philosophy, VVP now lifts its collar as it has trained and produced six Keerthankars in five years for prachar and has a Shikshak mandal consisting of 30 teachers for taking class.
The “Aum Shree Gajanan Gunjan Vishwa Parivar” is an international group of devotees of Saint Shree Gajanan Maharaj (Shegaon). The group is formed by devotees of Maharaj across the five continents, who have come together to offer spiritual fodder for the spiritually devoted and inclined, without any gain or monetary objectives. Our parivar has presence across all continents and hosts online live and recorded streaming of events related to Maharaj for the benefit of all devotees living in different parts of the world. Hundreds of thousands of devotees regularly take advantage of the ‘live global online satsangs’ in devotion of Gajanan Maharaj. These satsangs are relayed across the world on specific weekends. Simultaneous participation in these programs is known to generate tremendous vibrant positive energy, with each devotee from different parts of the world feeling connected to Sadguru Shree Gajanan through each other. The genesis of parivar formation actually took shape way back in 1999, when one of the founder members initiated the first ever website of Shree Gajanan Maharaj (www.gajanan-shegaon.com) which was inaugurated on Guru Pournima (1999) by the Head Honcho of Shree Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan, Shegaon, Shri Shiv Shankar Bhau Patil. In addition, as an offshoot of this, “Gajanan-Shegaon-Prachar-Parivar” Yahoo Group was formed, to provide an interface to the devotees from across the globe, to interact, to share devotion and exchange ideas. Later, devotees launched the Gajanan-Gunjan e-magazine, which publishes various articles, experiences, blogs, poems, recipes of Vidarbha, and everything connected to Shegaon and Maharaj. Today, both Yahoo-Group and Gajanan-Gunjan members have increased multi-fold. GMUKPT is the foundation member of the Gajanan Gunjan Vishwa Parivar and shares all activities, seva conducted in the UK to the Vishwa Parivar to ensure the bhaktagan across the world are benefited.
