Wari Walk in Royal Parks

GMUKPT is taking on another project to support the community.

Join us for the Wari Walk in Royal Park, Kensington, on Sunday, 2 November 2025, to help GMUKPT fundraise and support people affected by the floods in Maharashtra, India.

This event takes place in the auspicious month of Kartik, when devotees from all over India (& globally) traditionally take the walk to Pandharpur, Maharashtra, India, with faith and devotion – the Wari. Inspired by that Wari and considering the havoc caused in that region by recent floods, GMUKPT volunteers are carrying out the Wari Walk in the same spirit – walking for compassion, unity and service.

Our aim is to raise awareness about the devastating floods and donate all funds raised through this Wari Walk to support the people of Maharashtra affected by the floods.
